A NEW weekly block delivering a different retro program every Friday straight from the CCTV archives! The premiere will kick-off with the "1990 Cambridge Riverfest," the annual celebration of the arts featuring world music performances, dance, art demonstrations, and family art-making activities.   • NeighborMedia: Richie Montgomery Electrickoolaidart, a NeighborMedia profile featuring local artist Richie Montgomery who traveled around the country with The Rainbow People, landed in Harvard Square, found love, made his art consisting of surrealist drawings of nature and people, and got sober.
