Frank Morris Lopez is an award-winning multimedia reporter and producer with more than a decade of professional journalism experience in both the Boston and Phoenix areas. He began his career in 2005 and has worked full-time for both the West Valley View, one of the largest and most respected newspapers in Arizona; as well as for Cambridge Community Television, Cambridge's very own nationally recognized community media center, for which he has worked as the NeighborMedia coordinator from 2013 through 2018. He holds a master’s degree in social justice and human rights from Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s from Northern Arizona University, where he studied political science and international relations. He has also worked as a political operative on municipal and U.S. Congressional campaigns, and as a community organizer around the issue of human trafficking. Frank was born and raised in Glendale, Ariz., and has lived in Cambridge, Mass., since 2011. He is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and has been invited to speak at leading media and technology conferences in Boston, Cambridge and Philadelphia.
