Community media centers across the country are facing an existential threat. In addition to a continual decrease of cable subscriptions, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering rule changes that could severely diminish funding that community stations rely on to operate.

If these changes go through, local stations like Cambridge Community Television (CCTV) will be at serious risk.
