Award-winning violinist Joshua Peckins returns to NSM with pianist Eliko Akahori
to perform a recital headlined by Beethoven’s ever-popular “Spring” sonata. Join us for an
exciting tour through a broad array of cultures, historical periods, and musical styles. In addition
to the “Spring” sonata, Mr. Peckins will also be performing J.S. Bach’s Sonata for Violin and
Piano No. 3 in E Major, works by George Enescu, Odaline de la Martinez, Florence Price,
and the U.S. premiere of “Lied IV” by Toshio Hosokawa.
