Gena Bean's Community Meditation Night
Mindful Boston's Community Meditation Nights (CMN) are a "complimentary taste" of mindfulness meditation. CMNs are easy beginner-level introductions to what mindfulness is. These events will also introduce you to what we do more broadly at the Mindful Boston meditation studio. In this video, we started with an overview of how to do meditation, then we tried out a Body Scan, and we ended with some questions from the audience. Watch, and follow along as we do the meditation.
