Race Recovery Discussion Series: Violence Fatigue
Hosted by the Cambridge Health Alliance, The Race Recovery Series was created as a result of years of discussions between black leaders looking to celebrate and examine the triumphs of the black community against the backdrop of racism. The discussions provide a space for examination and interpretation of
healthy responses to racial stress for individuals of color. This entry discussed the issue of violence and its relevance to race: the persistence of it, the permission for it and the problems from it.
The event took place at the Cambridge Public Library and was filmed by Rock Louis.
