8-week meditation series designed for those ages 50+

Are you interested in the calming benefits of meditation? Would you like to approach aging with peace and acceptance, and increase your mental focus? Learn various meditation and relaxation practices that help you live a more positive life in this 8-week meditation series, presented by the Living Well Network. Designed for those ages 50+ to attain self-awareness and inner tranquility.

Mind Heart Meditation will include readings, breath meditations, guided meditations, and walking meditations, along with John Mecuri-Dooley’s keen insight and guidance.

The class is for 8 consecutive Mondays, 1-2 PM, FEB 25 – APR 15, 2019.

Class size limit: 12

We will have a chance to meet four times for an hour prior to class, for discussion regarding meditation and related practices, and to connect and have lunch (bring your own, however tea and cookies will be provided). All Mind Heart Meditation students are warmly welcome but 12-1 PM participation is drop-in but not required.

LWN Members: $50
Non-Members: $75 (partial scholarships available if needed)
