Let Us Be Grateful & Humble To God Who Is So Compassionate To Us

A grateful heart is a great quality and refreshing to God and humans.

In the Scriptures, Jesus healed 10 lepers. As they saw Jesus, they pleaded and cried out that He should have mercy and heal them. In the times of Jesus, the leper was ostracized, and rings the bell to alert people he or she was coming so they can run away from him.

Jesus was moved with compassion and healed them. One of them realized he was no longer leprous, he came back and thanked the Lord for healing him. Jesus asked: “Where are the other 9 lepers healed?” That means God is happy when we give Him thanks for what He has done for us, and not take Him for granted, or take each other for granted. Luke 17:11-19

The Scripture says:

“In everything, give thanks for this is the will of God for our lives.”

Many a time, those things or situations we think are bad or horrible, God uses to elevate and prosper us.

As we celebrate thanksgiving, let us be thankful to God:

• Who sacrificed His life to give us the best-salvation from sin-the greatest event in human life.
• Who saved us from our sins, and made us whole again.
• Who healed us when doctors concluded you can’t live again.
• Who provides when it is hopeless and there is no way out.
• Who exalts us when it is pretty impossible.
• Who gives us the best when we are unworthy to have it.
• Who is always there for us when we call upon Him: in good times and bad times.
• .Who when we have fallen from sin, picks us up again and cleanses us.
• Who when the world rejects, abandons, and despises you for your sin and wickedness, He forgives and restores you again with His Holy Spirit: and gives you power over sin.
*Who gives us a second chance in life when we have failed Him, because He is kind and gracious.
• Who gives us friends who are always there for us: in good or bad times.
* Parents who sacrifice their lives for us.

I want to thank my audience at Cambridge Television, and those who read my blogs: I am deeply appreciative of you and grateful: and with all my heart, have a wonderful thanksgiving holiday with your friends and families.
