Get the aesthetic of film - create a short film from start to finish using DSLR cameras!
With the video capabilities of today’s DSLRs, it’s easier than ever to shoot and edit your own narrative or documentary video that looks like film. With their more advanced lenses, DSLR cameras allow us to have more control over our images. But the process requires a specific set of tools, techniques and equipment. In this class you will write, produce and edit a short film that fulfills your own vision. We will use class time to learn and practice technical skills and also to critique the projects as we go. By the end of the class, you will have completed a short DSLR video project. Instructor: Stephanie Rabins
Pre-requisites: CCTV Orientation, Field Camera I, Edit I and a previously submitted certification project (ask if you have questions)
