Butterflies for Blue

Visiting the Cambridge Arts Council in the City Hall Annex at 344 Broadway last week, I enjoyed a display of the butterflies created by Eric Bornstein of Behind the Mask Theater for the 2010 Cambridge River Festival in honor of legendary storyteller "Brother Blue."

Hung on the upstairs railing of the light and airy central space, the multicolored butterflies, each with an expressive face and giant multi-colored textured wings, look like they are flying.
