CCTV 30th Birthday Bash

CCTV 30th Birthday Bash

Travel back with us to 1988

This year CCTV is celebrating our 30th Anniversary, culminating with a Birthday Bash on October 25th at One Kendall Square-- CCTV's first home! All funds raised support CCTV’s year-round Youth Media Program, which fosters healthy youth development by involving teens in activities that promote media art, career and leadership skills while exploring issues affecting our community.

The Rossi Award for Creative and Responsive Leadership will be presented to Ellen Semonoff. Ellen has worked for the City of Cambridge since 1991, serving as Assistant City Manager for Human Services since 2004. She has created a strong system of human service programs to support and strengthen both individuals and families with an emphasis on inclusion for all, which has become the hallmark for her department. Always the champion for the most needy, Ellen’s vision has created strong and enhanced programs for everyone, from newborns to senior citizens, and is a model throughout the Commonwealth. Innovative programs such as Baby U, Early Childhood Education, and STEAM Learning, as well as many programs to support seniors, are examples of her leadership and innovation.
