Hunting For Pokemon in Harvard Square by David Tulis, in which he and CCTV member Jose Negron spend a beautiful summer day visiting the landmarks around Cambridge Common and Harvard Square playing the new viral game, Pokemon Go. Jose, who has been a Pokemon fan for years, explains the game to David and helps him capture Pokemon characters Squirtle and Pidgey. Along the way the two come across another player all the way from Orlando, FL and get some exercise while seeing the sites around Harvard Square.

And, Dougie Freeman: Catching Up With A Reality TV Star by Kristina Kehrer, an interview with Dougie Freeman of Asa Hair Design in Harvard Square. In 2010, Freeman was the “star” of a Bravo reality-television show called, Tabatha’s Salon Takeover.

This Weekend: A marathon on The Media

On Channel 9 Friday 6-9pm, Saturday noon-midnight, and Sunday noon-4:30pm.. Titles begin by addressing the news on a national and international level - Hijacking Catastrophe, Rich Media, Poor Democracy, Link TV: Independent Media Vs Corporate Media - then move to coverage of local efforts.
