I currently reside in Boston and teach cheese and wine classes with an emphasis on local producers, in the Boston and Cambridge areas . I am a member of Slow Food, American Cheese Society, NOFA(Northeast Organic Farming Association), Raw Milk Group and Harvest CSA. Following the locavore food movement and getting to know the dedicated folks who are a part of it, is a passion of mine. It is my great hope to ignite this passion in others and convey it's importance to the Cambridge community.
