VICTIMS OF RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN BLOG
Raphael Holoman-Franklin is a long time thief and scam artist who defrauded Cambridge residents out of thousands in 2008/2009. Warnings were posted here, multi-state and international victims connected, and more stories came to light. Victims did go to the police, but were told that his thefts were "civil matters" and that they had to fend for themselves, which most cannot afford to do. Rafe has consequently been getting away with his scams for years, but because of our postings on the internet, we have been successful in keeping him from getting new victims. Testimony (with contact info) from victims posted here attest to his "character". DO NOT HIRE, RENT TO, OR TRUST, RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN. If you're a landlord, employer, church, charity or political organization, be wary: contact those on our posted "known victims" list, all very real people, and speak with THEM. You'll save yourselves a lot of grief.
