CCTV accepts two types of program submissions, Singles and Series.
Singles are one-shot, stand alone programs that are scheduled according to timeslot availability. Times and dates are subject to change. Any Cambridge resident can submit a single program free of charge. Non-residents are required to find a Cambridge sponsor in order for their programming to be cablecast. A sponsor is any resident of Cambridge willing to take full responsibility for the content of your program.
Series are programs that are cablecast in a fixed timeslot. Episodes can be submitted on a weekly or monthly basis. The series contract and timeslot lasts until January of the next year, when the timeslot may be changed at CCTV’s discretion. To submit a series, Cambridge residents must become CCTV members. Non-residents interested in submitting series are required to find a Cambridge sponsor in order for their programming to be cablecast. A sponsor is any resident of Cambridge willing to take full responsibility for the content of your program. In order for non-residents to submit series programs, the non-Cambridge resident or their sponsor must become a member of CCTV. Read more about Membership options.
