First Meeting

Our first meeting looks like Nov 8, 7PM.
Things we'll discuss on that day are:

- Overview of our committee's responsibilities
- Looking over our ten year capital plan
- Looking over last year's capital plan
- Delegating some research to committee members
- Brainstorming for new technologies to implement
- Suggestions for upgrades/replacements of old gear.

I will be interim chair of the committee until we bring on a new board member. Unfortunately, the 7th does not work for me. I think the agenda looks great. The Wednesday would work if it can be switched, or, if you want to go ahead and have this first meeting and send me the minutes, we can do it that way, too. Let me know.
