This Friday, on 26th September at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time...millions of Americans will tune in to watch Barack Obama debate John McCain about America's foreign policy and our role in the world. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the issues. And it's also a great opportunity for Americans to listen carefully to the messages of the presidential candidates with friends, family, and neighbors by attending a DebateWatch Party. Watch the debate with friends and supporters, and talk about how you can get involved in this historic election. This is the first of the three official presidential debates in this 2008 Election. Things to think about: Why did you decide to participate in DebateWatch 2008? What did you learn about the candidates or issues that you did not know prior to the presidential debate? What topics or issues discussed in the presidential debates were most useful or informative? Were there any issues raised that you considered irrelevant or unimportant? What issues would you like to see discussed in subsequent 2008 presidential debates? The White House election could be decided in just 90 minutes. The presidential debate, still scheduled in Oxford, Mississippi, provides the first opportunity for American voters to see John McCain and Barack Obama together and finally make up their minds.
