Don't understand why I can't download my BeLive show.

Charlie,
In order to download your show, you need to upload it somewhere on the web first.
In order to do this you first need to record your show live to DV tape. Once you've done that you then need to capture the footage in Final Cut Pro in an edit suite.
The final step is exporting your video from Final Cut Pro as a QuickTime file. You can use this file to upload to YouTube, blip.tv or any other video sharing service.
