This summer I am participating in an internship through the Special Media Intern Team Et-cetera (SMITE) group. This group is made up five teenagers who have worked together to accomplish a lot in a very short period of time. We are currently working on two Public Service Announcements for CCTV. We have edited these programs in the editing program Final Cut Pro, which I became certified in through Malden Access Television, last summer. In addition, we are editing a project for the Cambridge Reads program and have labeled video tapes to be archived. I have enjoyed these activities all they while getting to know the very nice staff members at the station. I am also taking a video blogging class and am going to be taking on on HTML and Dreamweaver at the station.
