No committee updates. Board update from Lynette: At last meeting, debated the pros and cons of the potential new spaces for CCTV. Lloyd – suggestion for space for CCTVin North Cambridge.

Station Update; Nominations for 2010-11 MAC/Board due April 19, Annual meeting April 28, help needed with annual mailing meeting, developing a program for seniors.

MAC BeLive Show Updates:
In February, Lynette featured the African American Heritage Alliance, and Elizabeth discussed what the MAC does and how to be on it, and showed video clips from CCTV’s website. Julie also had her show, about the City Links program. For March, Tanya will feature people working with CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture), and in April, Lloyd will feature the Alliance of Cambridge Tenants. The last show will be hosted by all of the MAC together, Lynette will check in with Renato about going live from the big studio, instead of BeLive that day.

Artman Award – nominees reviewed, vote to select the recipient, to be given a plaque at the annual meeting.

Finalization of details for certificates for all series producers – certificates to be printed in the computer lab, Lynette and Lloyd will assist, on Monday, March 29, 1-3pm. Certificates should be printed on a heavy stock with a watermark, and different kinds of producers should receive certificates on different colors of paper.

Last MAC meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 6pm.
