CAMBRIDGE RESIDENTS! SCAM ARTIST AND THIEF, RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN, IS BACK AGAIN!

Multi-state scam artist Raphael Holoman-Franklin is back in Cambridge. Despite having stolen thousands of dollars from city residents last year, Holoman-Franklin has returned, and has been staying with an unsuspecting family on Essex Street, taking advantage of their trust and goodwill. They only recently learned about his criminal history. He had befriended a son of this family, who convinced his parents to let Holoman-Franklin stay with them. The father became suspicious of Holoman-Franklin after he told the family that he had attended a certain college at Yale - a non-existent college. The father WENT to Yale - Holoman-Franklin did not.

Raphael Holoman-Franklin fabricates details of his past, claims to be English (he was born in the U.S.) and uses religious and political involvement as a cover for his rent scamming and theft activities. Please see our victim's blog at:

Cambridge residents - DO NOT TRUST RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN! He lies and fabricates and preys on the good will of others. He has done this in several states and has left a trail of victims in his wake. His chief "source of income" is derived from rent scamming. He will rent an apartment or house, then sublet it (often to several unsuspecting people at the same time) and run off with the money. He did this to property owner Clifford Truesdell, who lives on Essex Street, and he also scammed another city resident whom he met through mutual "friends" at St. Peter's Episcopal Church on Mass. Ave. Again, please see our blog. Local police can do nothing about him, as rent scamming isn't treated as a criminal matter. Victims must retain their own lawyers, with small chance of restitution being made. The police in Seattle, Washington however, DO have an outstanding arrest warrant for him. BE WARNED: LOOK AT THE PHOTO. REMEMBER IT. REMEMBER RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN, AND DO NOT TRUST HIM!
