Thanks to the members who have made 'Edit Help Thursdays' an ongoing success. CCTV has recently granted me the permission to extend Thursdays to include an additional 3 hours between 3PM & 6PM for 'MEDIA LAB THURSDAYS'. Please follow the link at the end of this blog for more information on Media Lab.

'MEDIA LAB THURSDAYS' will begin on October 1st, 2009. 'Edit Help Thursdays' will continue to be hosted every Thursday evening between 6PM & 9PM as 'HELP ME EDIT THURSDAYS'. This most exciting extension of Thursdays to include 'MEDIA LAB', will now mean that 'HELP ME EDIT' will expand to include support for advanced animation techniques and graphic integration using Photoshop! SOFTWARE SUPPORT: Final Cut Pro HD, iMovie, iDVD, Compressor,Photoshop for Video, Flash

PRE-REQ: Access Membership. EDIT 1 in iMovie and/or Final Cut Pro HD

RESTRICTIONS: This block of time is restricted to members who have taken an EDIT 1 level workshop and need further support with their open contract productions.

DESCRIPTION: Help Me Edit Thursdays is an ongoing evening dedicated to Access Members who have taken an EDIT 1 level course in either iMovie or Final Cut Pro HD. Producers with open production contracts are welcome to drop by for support in the lab. Support is also extended to members who have booked time in the Edit Suites between 6PM and 9PM. Final Cut Pro users are particularly welcome to explore ideas on advanced animation techniques with keyframing and Photoshop integration. Learn how to create streamlined title graphics and lower thirds, special effects and more.
