Heading down here to look at an apartment tomorrow. I kept skipping over this video in my google results because I had thought it was the headquarters of cctv in Cambridge or something. Glad I decided to click the link. Interesting video, but a bit sad about some of the long term tenants. Hope many of them were able to continue to rent the place. I'm actually looking to rent here, not buy, so maybe that means they're still letting the old tenants live there.

Thank you for this wonderful piece of history and community commentary about a beautiful old building at a time of uncertainty. I have seen some of the new condos before I saw this video. Now I'd like to know more about what will happen for the people who want to go on living in this building.
