Scam artist Raphael Holoman-Franklin, who stole from Cambridge residents in 2008, is wanted by the Seattle, WA police for a theft committed prior to coming to Cambridge. The following is an email from that police department (with contact information) regarding this. We believe that Holoman-Franklin is still in the area, and wish to warn people about him, as he shows no remorse, denies everything, refuses to make restitution to his victims, and continues to tell people that he's the "victim" of a malicious "plot". "Generally we do not give out this kind of information via e-mail or telephone as we do not know with whom we are speaking. A request such as yours is generally directed to our Public Disclosure Unit (206-684-5481) where they would request additional information and identification from the requesting party."

"To save time I will tell you we hold a valid warrant for this subject, but it is not extraditable outside of Washington, Oregon or Idaho. That means no law enforcement action can be taken on the warrant outside of those states."
