Whether a Republican from Texas or an African American Democrat the decisions and structures of ruling and distributing " the spoils" are similar. The economy has been hijacked by elites who continually structure the resourses to satisfy their needs. The sub-prime mortgage melt down was a clear practical example of how this was done. The Rupublican branch of the elites came up with the plan and the Democrats continued it in the same manner. The result is the working poor are paying for the "bail out". Twenty (20) years ago the Berlin Wall was a symbol used for a peaceful change the parameters under which decisions were made. This program tells how that worked then.

Have tried to correct the technical problem of the start up and stop to reload during the program. I have been told this is caused by the amount of usage of the available bandwidth at particular time of day. I have experienced this myself and can agree how anoying it is to have to wait for the reloading of each program segment. Am working with the department on a solution thereto. Thanks for your comment. Hope to find a solution in the future.

Thanks for your comment. Yes, I have experienced this myself and have consulted "technical maintenance" at CCTV. We will be working on a solution as soon as we have located the "cause".

I tried to see/hear this on a CCTV computer, but it took forever to start up, to the point I thought it wasn't going to work. When it finally did start, it kept stopping & starting for no apparent reason. I don't know where the problem lies, but it is pronounced enough that I couldn't watch it. (Computer is "acer" B198w, it looks like.) GRRRR.
