A Natural History Lesson
Whether you define family as the biological classification rank between order and genus or simply a group of people you’re looking for a fun activity to do with, the Harvard Museum of Natural History has something to offer.
The museum is located at 26 Oxford Street, between Kirkland and Everett, and is a short walk from both Porter and Harvard Squares.
Admission is waived for Harvard I.D. holders, who can also bring one free guest. The museum is free to Massachusetts residents on Wednesday afternoons during the school year and every Sunday morning.
The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week (excluding a few major holidays).
For more information, visit the museum’s Web site.
