Raphael Holoman-Franklin is a multi-state THIEF and SCAM ARTIST who has been stealing from people for at least twenty years. Victims, some having lost thousands of dollars to this man, have gone to the police but the police won't get involved, as his scams are treated as "civil matters". Victims must hire lawyers at their own expense, with little chance of remuneration. This blog was created to prevent Holoman-Franklin from getting new victims, especially in Cambridge.

Raphael Holoman-Franklin is a career multi-state and international scam artist and thief who stole thousands from Cambridge residents in 2008/2009 via rent scamming. He also took money from Trinity Church, Boston, under false pretenses. In late 2010, this jerk, after having fled Cambridge the year before, returned to Cambridge as a "rape victim" and accused me of rape and domestic abuse, set in the context of a fake 8 year long "relationship", in retaliation for this victims blog. Scam artist Raphael Holoman-Franklin came to Cambridge Mass. in 2008, after rent scamming people in New York City. Some of those victims have posts on this blog. The following is an email received from a relative of one of those people. Victims were told by this multi-state and international thief that he owned the apartment in question. He did not, and had in fact sublet it from the actual lease holder. He then placed ads on Craig's List, posed as the owner, rented the same rooms out to multiple people, took money from all of them, told them he was going to "England to see his (non-existent) family", and fled to Cambridge where he perpetrated his scams all over again.

It happens from time to time that we receive a letter from someone out of Raphael Holoman-Franklin's past. The following is such a letter, from a victim in England, where Raphael lived in the late 80's, the second English victim to contact us. (See the posted list of known victims on this blog to get an idea of what kind of man Holoman-Franklin is.) Master of a fake "gentleman", religious and politically concerned persona, he's been deceiving, using, and scamming people and institutions for years: students, landlords, the infirm, churches, and, apparently, hotels as well.
