I took the Beginning Studio Production - Primetime course. In my experience it was amazing. We learned about how to use a camera, how to focus camera lenses, what are the duties for the director, floor director, audio engineer, VTR operator in summarize the crew roles, and the most excited part was that we had the opportunity to shoot and produce our own program which was broadcasted by CCTV. We enjoyed it and at the same time we learned more about media.

I recommend this to anybody who is interested in getting the basic knowledge in TV production.

Hi everybody,
My name is Gema Carolina. Today was my first day of Internship, and I am very excited to start this new experince in CCTV. Today I had the opportunity to meet with some people from the team, students from the non-English speaker's tutorial, to get familiar with the channel, and to know more about the work with the production team.

My work will be about promoting the non-English speaker tutorials in non-profit Spanish-speaking organizations located in Cambridge and to assist Renato Rodríguez with promotional spots about the classes and service that CCTV offers to the community.

Also, I am going to produce a new Belive Spanish program called Vida Latina with Karin Koch and Irene Bosch.

Hola mi nombre es Gema Carolina y hoy fue mi primer día de pasantía. Estoy muy entusiasmada por haber comenzado esta nueva experiencia en CCTV. Hoy tuve la oportunidad de conocer a algunos del equipo de trabajo, alumnos del Tutorial de non-English Speaker, familiarizarme con el canal y conocer más acerca del trabajo que realizan en la producción de promocionales.

Mi trabajo será dar a conocer el tutorial Non-English Speaker en las organizaciones sin fines de lucro latinas e hispanas ubicadas en Cambridge y asistir a Renato Rodríguez en la producción de promocionales para dar a conocer a la comunidad los servicios y clases que ofrece CCTV.

Aparte, estaré haciendo un nuevo programa de Belive en Español llamado Vida Latina en conjunto con Karin Koch e Irene Bosch.
