CCTV's Free Speech Shorts Video Festival

The Free Speech Shorts Video Festival is an event organized by the CCTV Member Advisory Committee to explore the First Amendment ideals of free speech and free expression by showcasing selected video works submitted by people in Cambridge and the Greater Boston area.





Screening Dates Announced

All work submitted to the festival will be shown at a community screening in April. All entries submitted to the Youth Documentary and Youth Non-Documentary categories will be shown at a Youth Screening on Wednesday, April 9th. All Documentary and Non-Documentary entries will be screened on Wednesday, April 23rd. Both events will take place at Cambridge Community Television (CCTV) located at 675 Massachusetts Avenue in Central Square, Cambridge. Each event will begin with a networking and a reception at 6:30 p.m.; each screening will start promptly at 7 p.m.  Following each screening, there will be a Q & A session with producers.
