Cambridge Flu Clinic and Preparedness Drill

The Cambridge Public Health Department and Cambridge Health Alliance held a joint flu clinic and emergency preparedness exercise in Cambridge, MA. The operation intended to both dispense flu vaccinations as well as serve as a training ground for Cambridge's emergency services and departments to stage a drill and evaluation of their performance in the event of a real city-wide disease emergency.
This exercise happened in the fall of 2008, before the global emergence of the H1N1 influenza virus outbreak.
