SOME CORPORATIONS JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN, LONG AS THEY SEE THE GREEN
I'm working on putting a website together with some help, so contact me if you dig this idea:
-ON HIDDEN COMPANIES OUT THERE IN THE BOSTON AND OVERALL MASS AREA, EVER SUED FOR RACIAL OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION DISCRIMINATIONS.
-THERE ARE A TON OF THEM OUT THERE, AND THEY DESERVE TO BE LISTED AND IN THE OPEN FOR THE UNETHICAL AND DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONDUCTS.
-THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF A COMPANY WHOSE BUSINESS ETHICS AND INTERNAL EMPLOYEE-EMPLOYER CONDUCTS/TREATMENTS I WAS A WITNESS TO:

*THEY HAVE THE GUTS:
To question my opinion and direct observation and thoughts, and my freedom of experssion. Some corporations in this country really do think that they can get away with anything. If anything i can pull from the notes i took while i was there a lawyer actually from Florida, calling me or being transferred to me at least 4 times on the same day, asking to get reimbursed his money for a defective piece he had been complaining about.
I recall in one or two occasions, this guy Sergio, a tech manager, asking me to not pay the complaint and customer's issues such heavy mind. I also recall thinking, but...If this is not what being a customer service representative is about, what is?
So, no guys. Think again. I already have a personal lawsuit filed against you folks, because of fabricated lies you've used against me; all built up from two personal incidents directed at me, and ones i complained about on email and in person (i have email copies to show the court when time comes) and probably because your customers liked the job i did for them; trying to help sort things out, the requests i got and compliments i received-so much that you terminated me by way of retaliation while allowing someone you've encouraged and protected to create the situation for you; some young girl who you knew well was not a match for the position and had received many complaints before for being unprofessional, some ex-employee of yours now (go figure) who was also very envious of my customer service abilities, my free personable appeal and reach to the customers and other things irrelevant to this rebuttal here-2nd rip-off note on here.
Your Lead Company Resolution Person in Melbourne Australia, Mr Steven Searles also is to be held responsible for lying to me ( i do have my neighbor as a witness to a call and conversation with the man in Australia), when my issues needed the most resolution and fixture. But, of course this here is about the business ethics i observed, for which i freely can and will if necessary testify to as best as i recall them for the period i was working for Ekit.com. The intent here is mainly to keep unsuspecting folks and consumers to beware, and be on the lookout for this company external and somewhat internal (for which i make the best witness with 10 other employees fired in 2-4 weeks) ethical record should they find themselves doing business with Ekit.com or and wanting to do or pursue business with Ekit.com (formerly Ekorp.com, based in Melbourne with an office in the seaport area of Boston MA).
I am hoping that others will write on this board without hesitation and bring this company to recognize their faults and maybe even perhaps correct their business ethics.
