Amy, is that you wiping your face and sucking your fingers at the end???

The veggie burgers at Bartley's are quite tasty - I recommend the "Skip gates" as a veggie... mmmmm pinepple and teriyaki...

This piece is really great! It DOES make one want to run right out & go there for a meal. Very much enjoy the dad & son, VERY charming. It's great to see the people beind the "product"/etc. It's a kick to hear their funny comments, espec. how the son (sorry, I can't remb. NAMES worth a darn!) was raised like a veal calf for this--although I am profoundly grateful they don't SERVE veal calves--or at least I HOPE not! 'Working on becoming a vegetarian, 'haven't been to Bartley's in a while, but now am seduced into going back soon! Great to see what fun they have, their senses of humor, & how much they love what they do. ALSO, it's definitely a local treasure, & we have lost far too many of THOSE in Cambridge, so it's especially valuable & the history very interesting. Thanks for the inside look, & I hope you-all feature many MORE local gems. (I've lived in Cambridge 30-plus years.) P.S., I hear the HARVEST could use a boost!
